In love with my new wink bed! So comfortable and I am finally able to sleep through the night. I have a few sporting back injuries and this mattress does not hurt my back. Would recommend the luxury firm to anyone!

Receive luxury firm mattress today and unpacked it. Mattress does not seem to sit in the bottom of the casing very well. The quality of the stitching is below average. We will see how it holds up.

I contacted other mattress companies and they never called or emailed me back. Winkbeds did immediately. I liked the service so much I ordered one. It arrived and I slept on it for a month and a half and it was just too soft. I emailed them and thought, "ok here we go". BUT, they sent me the next firm bed BEFORE they even took the other mattress back! Talk about customer service. Then they picked up the old mattress in about a week. Don't bother with the others this company is the best.

It is not the bed that gives me a scathing review but it is the AWFUL customer service. I find the sales people at Winkbed rude, rigid, cold, and basically the worse customer service ever. I do not recommend to buy or support Winkbed as company for they are just AWFUL. DON'T BUY WINKBED! Go with another company that knows the true meaning of customer service.

I bought the king luxury firm mattress in April after reading the good reviews. It is unfortunately very uncomfortable and my lower back and hips have been in pain since the last few months. It has gotten so bad that I wake up uncomfortable from the pain. We change the position of the mattress every few weeks as was recommended on this site but it still sags, especially in the middle. It feels like I'm falling into the bed when I sleep. I wanted to write a review but cannot access the link Winkbeds sent. It shows error everytime I click it. And there's no way to leave a review on the site. I would suggest see Amazon reviews before buying. Only good thing about the mattress is the height. We bought it originally because it was made in USA and thought it would be good quality. Unfortunately, it is not worth the $1800.

I bought a bed a year ago I weigh 170 pounds and the bed started to sag. They claim to have lifetime warranty, which is a lie. They told me certain pics to send and I did. Showing the bed is defected. Yet they won't replace it and are giving me a hard time DONT GET FOOLED, bad customer service and liars will never buy again.

I cannot stop telling EVERYONE about my new Wink bed!! A car accident 10 years ago left me with chronic aches and pains I would wake up multiple times at night and then get out of bed every morning feeling 20 years older and wonder how I would get through my day. I dreaded going to sleep each night. So I thought maybe I needed a new mattress. I had a temperpedic. I researched and watched every mattress video I could find. I spoke with Winkbed customer service multiple times asking numerous questions and then I bought the Wink Softer bed as I am a side sleeper. I am now 5 days with my new mattress and cannot remember waking up during the night and I roll out of bed no longer with hip, back, side or shoulder pains and aches. I am like a NEW PERSON. Every night I actually get into bed with a smile, Wish I bought the Wink instead of the temperpedic years ago!! Thanks for giving me my life back.

I just received a Wink mattress this week. Because of the way that it is shrink wrapped in plastic for shipping, the corners came damaged (all four corners are bulging out because the foam is angled out). I have exchanged multiple emails with Wink requesting a replacement mattress, and so far they have refused. I feel very mislead by the stated return policy on their website, and I will continue fighting this. Be aware that they shrink wrap the mattress for shipping, potentially causing damage, and are unwilling to honor their return policy. Wish I could give them negative stars.

I love this bed. he WinkBeds mattress is really super comfortable. It combines just the right levels of firm and soft to provide good support but still feel like a comfortable, premium bed that I know will last for a long time. I can say without a doubt that they came through and really impressed me!
